Project and Program Management

The GT Group provides Program Management, Project Management and other Project Oversight for business and technology projects. Our Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified consultants provide the tools, frameworks, quality processes, risk management processes and control processes required to mitigate risks and execute successful projects.

The GT Group has assisted clients to navigate very challenging issues, create consensus where consensus was not thought possible, mitigate risks amid uncertainty, and create a level of professionalism and maturity to the project governance that has improved visibility and credibility for the project.

In addition, we help clients to establish program offices and project management methods and frameworks for internal use, then assist in the training of the organization and mentoring the staff to develop the skills necessary to support the methods and frameworks. We help Program Management and Project Management groups to be advisors to the business and to think of projects in terms of capital and business investment rather than simply technology investments. The GT Group leverages and teaches project governing principles from many standard frameworks, including CMMI, RUP, Agile, ITIL, ISO 9000, and others.
