Packaged Service Products

The GT Group's packaged service products allow our clients to jump-start their projects. These packages may be purchased for a one-time charge and include the following benefits:

• Fixed price for a clearly defined scope of services
• Offer the Services required to achieve a clearly defined project milestone
• Offer the Services that combine training, mentoring, and project activities to rapidly bring staff up to speed on the process and skills required to conduct segments of an Enterprise Architecture project.
• Provisioning of methods, frameworks, proprietary tools, and in some cases, databases, that streamline the project and increase the quality and success of the initiative.
