EA Strategy

Since its conception by John Zachman in the late 1980’s, organizations have struggled to successfully evolve EA Programs. Too often EA Programs lacked buy-in at the executive level and clearly defined achievable objectives. As a result they quickly became “shelf-ware”, long before real benefits could be derived.
