Based up on OMB’s EA Maturity Assessment, The GT Group’s EA Scorecard provides our government clients with a proven approach to quickly, effectively and more frequently measure their EA maturity. Accessible via a secure on-line portal, our EA Scorecard also helps better manage IT investments and identifies areas of opportunity to implement change and gain consensus.

Our Scorecard offers functionality that includes:

• MP3 Audio Files (providing step by step process for identifying each specific measure)
• “Results” and “Notes” archive (a Repository proving the ability to save Scorecard Results to compare against future measures)

Value Measurement Tool Based up on OMB’s upcoming “EA Program Value Measurement” The GT Group has developed on-line templates to rapidly and effectively measure EA effectiveness against stakeholder adoption and satisfaction. This enables EA Program leads on an ongoing basis, to quickly identify and resolve issues and concerns across the agencies and departments, improving utilization and Governance of the EA Program.
