Strategic Guidance Framework™

In conjunction with industry leading frameworks such as Zachman, Togaf, and FEA, all GT Group engagements are driven utilizing our own Strategic Guidance Framework™ (SGF) and method, resulting in actionable, pragmatic plans and processes that are instilled into our clients' core IT capabilities.

SGF is based up on the industry standard Zachman framework and the worlds leading Enterprise Performance and Strategy Management system the Balanced Scorecard.

The GT Group's SGF fosters collaboration between business and IT on a continuous and ongoing basis. Our framework provides a structured medium in which to actively manage a constantly changing and evolving environment and captures the considerations required to enable a complete and thorough definition of an engagement.

SGF is targeted at stakeholders within a new program or project, who have the responsibility to ensure an initiative is delivered in scope, on time and within budget. The benefits are as follows:
